Deposit Policy

Appointments are not confirmed unless a deposit has been paid, even if a date and time have been agreed.

Deposits are non refundable and they secure you time/ date, cover all our time doing admin and all aspects of preparation leading up to your appointment, including designing your piece.

What you have paid as a deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. This amount may vary depending on the size and scale of your chosen piece.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment and you let your artist know with a minimum of 48 hours notice, they will transfer your paid deposit over to a new booking.

Any cancellations without the sufficient 48 hours notice will result in deposits being forfeited and you will be required to pay a new one to book in again.

We outline this policy to protect ourselves and the work we have already put in pre-tattoo. Although unfortunate situations may arise, we have these policies in place to protect out income and livelihood as self employed artists.

Consent Form Agreement

Before you are tattooed by one of our artists, you will be asked to fill in a tattoo consent form.

You will be asked that you understand the details of the procedure, what to expect whilst healing and that you have disclosed all of health issues that may effect your tattoo.

If you would like to preview this before committing and booking in, please let your artist know and they will be happy to send over and discuss any concerns with the consent form you may have.

Right To Refuse Procedure

We hold the right to refuse anyone a tattoo procedure on the day of their appointment as a consequence of any of the following actions:

  • If you are found to be underage, using a fake ID or cannot provide a valid ID.

  • You are under the influence of illicit substances or alcohol the day of your appointment.

  • You knowingly fill out your Tattoo Consent Form with false information or have not notified your artist of any of the medical conditions listed within the Tattoo Consent Form.

  • You are late by more than half an hour to your appointment.

  • You have injuries, damages to the skin or undisclosed medical conditions to do with the skin where you are wanting to be tattooed.

  • You change your design drastically on the day of your appointment without informing the artist prior.

  • You are unwell before attending your appointment and choose to attend regardless.

  • You act in an inappropriate manner, are verbally or physically hostile or say anything which makes any of our artists or guests uncomfortable.

If any of the above occur, you will be asked to leave the premises and you will lose your deposit.
